2 cups self-raising flour, plus some extra for dusting
1 cup full-fat Greek yoghurt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 220-230℃
- In a large bowel, mix together the flour and the Greek yoghurt with a fork until the dough begins to form.
- Lightly dust your bench with flour and place the dough mixture on it. Knead until it becomes elastic and smooth. If the dough is too dry, add some water.
- Split the dough into two balls and roll them both out using a dusted rolling pin.
- Add tomato sauce and toppings of your choice, and put into the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is bubbling and a golden brown.
