They are open from 3 pm – 9 pm on weekdays and till 10 pm Fridays and Saturdays.

Rattle n Hum Bar & Grill in Port Douglas is a friendly Aussie Pub that boasts their “meals are big and delicious, the drinks are cold, the staff are friendly, and you’re welcome anytime”.
With massive TVs constantly playing sports, it’s a perfect venue for watching your favourite team combined with a cold beer and good pizza! But, of course, you may need to request the volume turned up.

Open Monday – Wednesday, 3 pm till late and Thursday till Sunday, 12 pm till late.
The menu includes a good range of wood-fired pizza, pasta, seafood, Parmas, ribs and burgers, not to mention various sides and snacks. And it’s pretty hard to go past the Death By Chocolate dessert!

The Pizza Shop

The Pizza Shop, while not a restaurant, currently has the highest Google rating for pizza makers in the Port Douglas area. All pizzas at this little pizza eatery are 12 inches in size and are a little expensive, especially in comparison to Domino’s (think twice the price for some pizzas). Gluten-free bases and vegan cheese will add an extra $5 each, and a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.

Hours of operation are: 4 pm – 12 am Tuesday to Friday, closed on Sat, Sun & Mon

If you’re looking for some fine dining restaurants at Port Douglas that do pizza, La Cucina & Bar is worth checking out. This Italian hot spot offers fine wine, great cocktails and cold beers from their in-house bar, plus a stylish and sophisticated Italian dining experience.

Their menu features traditional Italian specialties and varieties of pizza ranging in price from $20- $29. Note that the pizza is only available from the Bar Menu.

The Oak & Vine is located in the Oaks Port Douglas Resort and is open to the public for breakfast and dinner. While specializing in Wood Fire Pizza, they also offer burgers, steaks and tacos, so there is something for everyone.

The restaurant boasts an excellent drinks menu with creative cocktails, top-shelf spirits and Australian and New Zealand wine to pair perfectly with your meal. Surrounded by a Lilly pond, the setting is relaxed and modern.

Breakfast is available between 7-10 am daily. Dinner is available until 9 pm

Central Hotel Port Douglas

The Central Hotel is a down-to-earth Aussie Pub in an 1878 Queenslander with a veranda, serving family bistro meals with entertainment and gaming. They also serve up a decent pizza!

For those with a refined palate looking for a quiet, intimate dinner – there are arguably better places to dine in the area.

However, if you’re looking for something relaxing with a great vibe, then the large sports bar or garden restaurant out the back should satisfy you.
The menu has 13 of your favourite Gourmet pizzas, pasta, Parma, Steaks, burgers and a kids menu. It’s not overly expensive, and the kids’ meals are half-price between 5-6 pm.

Hemingway’s Brewery in Port Douglas and Cairns are well known in far north Queensland for tantalizing the taste buds! At their two restaurants at Port Douglas and Cairns, they provide craft beer with a strong focus on local provenance.
The restaurant in Port Douglas boasts vibrant settings with amazing views of the marina and yacht club, complete with some delicious food, including five gourmet pizzas flavours (Margherita, Pepperoni, Veggie Lover, BBQ Chicken and Peking Duck) along with burgers, tacos, fish and chips and steak salads.
